American Truck Center is a jewel of place. I had all my vehicles serviced and repaired here by Mario. The staff is great. From the folks at the front desk to the manager Alex, and even the bodywork expert on the back Henry. All great people and very accomodating. The price has always been fair and the work performed was flawless.

I called them and they told me to tow my truck to their shop so they will take a look and see what is going on with my truck but I waited 1 and half day and nobody touched my truck after that I towed to another shop worst nightmare

After going on the American trucks website and looking for a headlight assembly for my 2014 Ford F150, FX 4 their website said that the headlamp assembly (Raxiom G4 projector headlights) I wanted WAS compatible with my Truck after waiting a week I finally received them and none of the quick plug-ins that they mentioned were so easy Do not match up. I wanted them to send me a return shipping tag but they would like me to take pictures of everything to see what’s going on and review it before sending me anything. When you try to call to speak to someone you won’t get anywhere all you can do is text message them. I will go through this ridiculous process with them, but I will never order from them again.

I would not take my worst enemy to this facility. They tricked me with the “American” name & appearance.. Not only did they do shotty repairs. They took advantage of me. As a small /out of town-business in a time of need!! As a tree care professional helping after hurricane Ian. The clutch went out in our bucket truck. We needed it repaired in a timely manner and had it towed to a nearby shop.(this one) where they charged 2,200.00 for a clutch kit.. (was told this was a bit high..-30-40% high…But no big deal it’s done and done right, was my initial thoughts) well we picked the truck up and headed home to Jacksonville Fl. This is where things get worse… the truck didn’t make it half way, before the brand new “professionally installed”clutch disengaged & quit working.(pedal went slack too the floor and the gears immediately whining) so at this point I elected to tow the truck the remainder of the distance, to my hometown shop for a proper & more efficient /trusted diagnosis. (That following Monday, A.T.C. Was made aware of the situation. & was told we would be receiving a call back soon) After a long month of waiting our turn. We got the call from our local shop… Diagnosis: Imprope

Had my truck fixed here and they overcharged me for the work they did. Forget to install heat shields back and just tossed them next to the belt. They stuffed trash and bolts inside the fenders. Still finding trash. Definitely wasn’t top tier work. I’m hoping whichever mechanic worked on my truck was kicked out
